Our Mission
We are a unique Community interest company who provides not only an environment to transform themselves but also for them to build those around them. We are aiming to embark upon an recreational exercise regime to support people in our community as they are the most vulnerable and susceptible group of people who have been left out of a personalised fitness regime. We offer a tailor-made services to enhance their health and well-being whilst ensuring they have a fun, and memorable time.
We are a non-profit organisation dedicated to helping our community. Women, children, families, and communities Based in Birmingham - the heart of the Midlands to reach their full potential by enabling them to overcome barriers to physical activity.

Knowledge
We incorporate as much learning as we do fitness into our services ! Our team advise and share knowledge about nutrition,
medications and health issues, in order to aid your understanding of your body and health. Alongside the health side we also work on building resilience, learning relaxation methods, understanding the mind and body connections all in order to improve your overall quality of living across all components.
Health
Activities whilst engaging in fitness stimulate various systems within the body and contribute to maintaining a strong physical health. Staying active can also help you maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk for type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and reduce your risk for certain types of cancer alongside multiple major long term illnesses.
Community
Our services allow us to reach out and reintegrate those who often feel marginalised within our communities with the aim to build on social skills, decrease loneliness and anxiety whilst increasing the sense of community amongst those who often feel left out. The Augmented team and our participants try their best to ensure we create a welcoming environment and effectively create change to individuals and the communities they make up.
